Description:
The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Orlando, FL area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in maintenance leadership, particularly within high-speed food manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Oversee PM Programs: Create and manage preventive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure smooth operations.
Supervise Maintenance Systems: Oversee PLC systems, HMIs, VFDs, and other process control elements.
Mechanical Maintenance Supervision: Direct mechanical maintenance work, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
Manage Breakdowns: Lead efforts to manage and resolve breakdown events promptly.
Lead TPM Initiatives: Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Support Technicians: Develop and provide ongoing support for technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols in maintenance activities.
Manage KPIs, CMMS, and Vendor Relationships: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), manage Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and oversee inventory and vendor relationships.
Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 10 years in a maintenance leadership role.
Proficiencies: Proficient in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Industry Experience: Background in high-speed food manufacturing is required.
Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Mechanical Background: Strong mechanical expertise is essential.
