As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform a wide range of industrial maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires technical expertise in multiple trades, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to improving efficiency within the maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform industrial maintenance tasks to support production and reduce downtime.

• Seek opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvements.

• Carry out maintenance operations across multiple trades, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, electronics, machining, and welding.

• Conduct routine and scheduled maintenance procedures.

• Install, align, dismantle, repair, reassemble, and adjust machinery.

• Machine and assemble parts for new machines, jigs, and fixtures.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.

• Strong knowledge of single and three-phase electrical circuitry with ability to read electrical schematics.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Experience with all-position arc and wire feed welding on steel and aluminum.

• Proficiency with pneumatics, hydraulics, water, and natural gas plumbing.

• Experience with mills/lathes.

• Basic carpentry skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related discipline.
