Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement plant-wide maintenance strategies in alignment with continuous improvement principles and operational excellence frameworks.
- Supervise and guide hourly skilled trades personnel in both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Lead daily execution of automation maintenance tasks across equipment, including robotics, drive systems, conveyance, vision, sealing, and welding platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet production targets while ensuring workforce safety and equipment uptime.
- Administer Total Maintenance System (TMS) processes and interface with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and internal plant systems.
- Support the technical training and professional development of trade teams.
- Manage maintenance projects across multiple departments while prioritizing safety, delivery, and cost.
- Foster a collaborative environment within a unionized workforce.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance with project oversight responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution across automation systems.
- Proven leadership experience, including the ability to coach and mentor technical personnel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Open availability for shift rotations and overtime as required.
