Fossil Group is seeking a Third Key Holder to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on observing, coaching, and motivating store teams to meet sales goals while fostering a positive, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Support and coach store team members to ensure excellent customer service.

• Assist in achieving store sales goals and operational objectives.

• Promote teamwork and a positive store culture.

• Act as a product expert and guide team members in sales and service.

• Adapt to changing business needs and support store management.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion.

• Passion for customer experience and team development.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
