I'm a Senior Recruiter at Fanning- Masis. We assist our client companies with their candidate recruitment process as openings arise at these investment/asset/wealth management firms located in and around Boston.

I'm writing to inform you that one of our client companies, a wealth management firm located in Greater Boston, is seeking a Manager, Client Service. This role will involve performing an array of tasks including account openings- ensuring accounts are onboarded and allocated correctly, executing portfolio transactions, maintaining accounts on a daily basis, performing client/ portfolio reporting, preparing materials for client meetings, etc. This individual will also manage the firm's Client Service Associates, ensuring their continued development.

As this is a smaller sized firm, this position is a pathway to an Executive level role which will ultimately enable this individual to oversee the firm's Client Service, Investment Operations, Client Advisory, and Financial Planning teams.
