About The Role
- Monitor staff productivity and ensure achievement of underwriting service levels
- Ensure underwriting quality meets company and investor standards
- Lead all staff training and development including program guidelines and underwriting practices
- Develop new and dynamic ways to improve Underwriting processes and practices.

- Achieve operational excellence through best-in-class processes and procedures
- Continuously evaluate and apply best practices to maximize staff productivity
- Manage a rapidly growing underwriting team
- Support and work with production staff
- Complete second reviews and resolve issues
- Work with various levels of company management
