Description:

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Create and maintain formal process documentation utilizing Business Process Management artifacts

  • Design and produce metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes and controls

  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives aligned with desired customer outcomes and issue resolution/risk mitigation activities to achieve breakthrough results

  • Track and resolve process breakdowns

  • Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings

  • Meet with key stakeholders and business partners to share results, drive changes and gather requirements

  • Collect data and use analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership into well managed health

  • Demonstrate curiosity and aptitude to learn about the current regulatory environment and internal policies within Retail Bank and the Enterprise

  • Drive a portfolio of results independently to meet deadlines

  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve customer outcomes, execution quality, and efficiency

 


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

  • At least 4 years of Process Management or Project Management experience

  • At least 1 year of Fraud strategy or Operations strategy experience
