Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales Performance: Deliver outstanding customer experiences, upsell key accessories, and promote current trends to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Customer Engagement: Create fun, memorable shopping experiences that embody Claire’s values of self-expression and inclusivity.

• Piercing Expertise: Become a trained piercing professional—ensuring safety, comfort, and confidence for every customer through sterile technique and aftercare education.

• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive, organized, and trend-forward store layout that inspires customers to explore and shop.

• Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating team members, sharing sales strategies, and fostering a fun, high-energy environment.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations such as inventory management, cash handling, and POS system accuracy.

• Social Media Awareness: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s experience online and stay up-to-date with current fashion and digital trends.

• Leadership: Take initiative in leading by example—showing professionalism, energy, and genuine enthusiasm for the brand.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management or leadership experience.

• Ability to conduct piercings with patience, empathy, and attention to detail (training provided).

• Must be comfortable working independently at times.

• Capable of lifting 25–75 lbs (11–35 kg), climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with POS systems and basic mathematics for sales and inventory management.

• Passionate about fashion, accessories, and helping customers express their individuality.

• Positive, self-motivated, and organized attitude with excellent teamwork skills.

• Minimum of some high school education completed.
