Rippling, a San Francisco-based HR and IT management platform, is looking for a dynamic Manager, Accountant Channel Sales (Central) to join its rapidly growing team. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of Rippling’s accountant channel program, managing a team of Account Executives (AEs) and driving partnerships with accountants, bookkeepers, and CPAs to bring modern workforce solutions to their clients.

As the Manager for the Accountant Channel, you will play a key role in expanding Rippling’s partner ecosystem and delivering technology that transforms how businesses handle HR, payroll, benefits, and IT operations. The role combines leadership, strategy, and collaboration across departments to drive performance, growth, and partner success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and mentor Channel Account Executives (AEs) to effectively engage accountant partners and their client base.

  • Lead initiatives to improve top-of-funnel conversions through collaboration with Marketing and Channel SDR teams.

  • Develop cross-functional strategies with Marketing to enhance partner enablement and channel performance.

  • Work closely with Sales leadership to expand Rippling’s Accountant Channel and achieve aggressive growth goals.

  • Ensure Channel AEs consistently meet and exceed sales quotas through data-driven performance management.

  • Represent the Accountant Channel internally, contributing to the overall strategy and success of Rippling’s sales organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably with exposure to Channel Sales.

  • Proven success record in meeting or exceeding sales targets both as an individual contributor and a team leader.

  • Experience managing high-velocity sales cycles and sell-through partner models.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • (Preferred) Previous experience in the Accountant Channel or with financial software/partners.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual compensation between USD 240000 – 260000 (approximately USD 20000 – 21666 monthly).

  • 60/40 split between base salary and commission (commission not guaranteed).
