Description:

As a Manager, you will lead and conduct analysis, design, and implementation of tailored compensation programs that meet our clients' needs and objectives. This role offers the opportunity to further develop your expertise in compensation consulting while making an impact on our clients' success.

Essential Job Duties

Client Support: Provide direction, instruction, execution on client engagements, including conducting research, data analysis, and preparing client deliverables, gathering client requirements, and documenting findings. Assist in presenting recommendations to the client.

Compensation Consulting: Lead, manage and conduct medium-scale compensation projects, on topics such as executive compensation, pay structure development, short and long-term incentive plan assessment and design, market pricing, and Intermediate Sanctions analysis.

Prospect/Project Management: Support sales efforts through proposal and engagement development (scoping, pricing, and timeline). Build cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery, on budget quality outcomes, and client acceptance.

Tool building: Develop tools, frameworks, and methodologies to address evolving compensation needs.

Learning and Development: Continuously expand your knowledge of compensation principles, incentive design techniques through training and self-study. Seek opportunities to learn and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Monitor and understand regulatory changes, industry standards and macroeconomic trends related to compensation and how they may impact clients. Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.

Collaboration and networking: Actively build relationships within the team and firm. Work collaboratively with team members across functions and lines of business to deliver high-quality solutions and exceed client expectations.

Minimum Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting from an accredited university.
  • One of the following active accreditations obtained:
    • Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
    • If not CPA eligible: Licensed attorney, Enrolled agent or one of the following certifications:
      • SHRM-CP Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional
      • SHRM-SCP – Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional
      • PHR-HR Certification Institute Professional in Human Resources
      • SPHR-HR Certification Institute Senior Professional in Human Resources
      • CCP – Certified Compensation Professional
      • GRP – Global Renumeration Professional
      • CECP – Certified Executive Compensation Professional
      • CSGP – Certified Sale Compensation Professional
      • CBP - Certified Benefits Professional
