This role sits at the Director / Managing Director level and offers the opportunity to lead client coverage for top-tier institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and corporates.
You will drive business development, expand the client base, and deliver innovative equity derivatives solutions, including flow, structured, and delta‑one products. This is a high-profile role offering direct exposure to senior management and a platform that supports market-leading execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead institutional client coverage across equity derivatives, including options, swaps, structured products, and delta‑one instruments.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share.
- Build long-term client relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, corporates, and other institutional investors.
- Collaborate closely with trading and structuring teams to provide tailored solutions for complex client needs.
- Monitor market trends and provide clients with thought leadership, trade ideas, and risk insights.
- Mentor and manage junior sales professionals and contribute to team development.
- Partner with senior management on strategic initiatives to enhance the firm’s equity derivatives platform.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in equity derivatives sales at a leading investment bank or broker-dealer.
- Proven track record of client origination and revenue generation in flow, exotics, or structured equity derivatives.
- Deep understanding of market products, pricing, risk management, and execution strategies.
- Strong institutional client network within the U.S. equities space.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.
