Description:

SAP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Partner (MP) to serve as the primary executive leader for its most strategic customer accounts. This pivotal role is focused on establishing and nurturing deep, trust-based relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders at key client organizations. The Managing Partner will develop a comprehensive understanding of customer business goals, create a co-developed strategic roadmap, and drive transformational value through SAP's extensive solution portfolio.

The successful candidate will be accountable for executing SAP’s Strategic Customer Program (SCP) methodology, fostering a collaborative, outcome-focused culture, and ensuring excellence in customer engagement and satisfaction. This includes leading a cross-functional account team, facilitating multi-level governance, and identifying growth opportunities by leveraging SAP’s ecosystem of partners, technology integrators, and consulting firms.

Key responsibilities include delivering value-based outcomes, driving sales execution, supporting net bookings and cloud revenue goals, and conducting strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track KPIs and value realization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer C-level executives and align SAP solutions with their strategic business goals.

  • Co-create and execute customer-specific strategic roadmaps focused on business transformation.

  • Lead a high-performing cross-functional Extended Account Team (EAT) to ensure unified, exceptional service delivery.

  • Establish and manage executive governance frameworks and value-driven engagements.

  • Drive the expansion of SAP’s product and service footprint through strategic planning and strong ecosystem partnerships.

  • Achieve and exceed net bookings and cloud revenue targets through innovative and strategic sales execution.

  • Conduct regular QBRs to evaluate customer satisfaction, measure KPIs, and identify future opportunities.


Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic accounts with a customer-centric and value-driven approach.

  • Strong executive presence with advanced communication skills suitable for board-level engagement.

  • Expertise in value-based selling, governance structure implementation, and strategic planning.

  • Deep knowledge of SAP’s end-to-end solution portfolio and cloud technology.

  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing large, transformative deals.

  • Broad industry knowledge and ability to provide consultative insights and market trends.

  • Experience managing diverse teams and creating a performance-driven, collaborative environment.


Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Advanced degrees or executive education preferred

  • Extensive experience in enterprise software sales and customer engagement leadership roles
