Description:

CAES by Honeywell is seeking a Manufacturing skilled in RF and microwave systems to support advanced electronic subsystems used in mission-critical defense and aerospace applications. The role focuses on microwave circuit alignment, RF tuning, subsystem testing, troubleshooting, and meticulous documentation. The technician will collaborate with manufacturing engineers and contribute to the production of high-reliability systems including radar receivers, wideband tuners, synthesized sources, and missile front-end components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of microwave subsystems and circuit card assemblies in a production environment.

• Conduct RF tuning, testing, and troubleshooting of thin-film microwave integrated circuits (MICs).

• Review test results for compliance and maintain accurate records of testing, alignment, and rework.

• Follow production documentation and established processes meticulously.

• Actively participate in daily production meetings and regularly interact with manufacturing engineers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics testing, tuning, and troubleshooting.

• Good manual dexterity; ability to work using microscopes and small hand tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with computers, file organization, launching programs, and basic Microsoft Excel.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

• Must meet “U.S. Person” requirements under U.S. export laws.
