Description:
The MacLean-Fogg Manufacturing Management Program (MMP) is a rigorous two-year leadership development initiative designed to prepare recent graduates for impactful careers in manufacturing and human resources. Starting in July 2026, participants will complete two one-year rotations at different U.S. facilities, gaining hands-on experience in HR functions across multiple sites. Placement is flexible, and participants must be open to relocation anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities:
Gain practical experience across HR disciplines, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Partner with site leaders to recruit and onboard manufacturing talent.
Support talent reviews, employee growth plans, and workforce planning initiatives.
Drive projects fostering inclusion, recognition, and positive employee culture.
Manage projects related to training, performance management, or employee engagement.
Contribute to a capstone project with direct impact on people and culture strategy.
Participate in community engagement initiatives reflecting MacLean-Fogg’s values.
Receive mentorship from senior HR leaders and plant managers.
Develop skills in HR systems, workforce analytics, and labor relations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (completed within the last 12 months).
Less than one year of full-time, post-graduate professional experience.
Graduates of 2025 or 2026 with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Demonstrated leadership through internships, student organizations, or project teams.
Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
Agile mindset with creativity and problem-solving focus.
Willingness to travel and relocate across the U.S.
Ability to lift 50 lbs (with assistance/tools) and perform some physical tasks in a plant environment.
