As a Manufacturing Representative, you will play an integral role in ensuring the timely and high-quality production of innovative scientific products. This role requires a keen eye for detail, technical competence, and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
You will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties across manufacturing areas, including equipment setup, maintenance, cleaning, stocking, validation support, and product troubleshooting. Your scientific acumen will be leveraged to review formulation documents, ensure precise active ingredient dilutions, and verify that manufacturing processes adhere to strict specifications and regulatory standards.

Execute and oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Review and execute formulation and dilution processes to meet precise product specifications.
Maintain, clean, and prepare manufacturing areas and equipment to ensure audit readiness.
Assist in validation protocol execution, testing, and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes.
Identify and resolve potential issues in production and delivery proactively.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality outcomes.
Comply with safety and regulatory requirements while maintaining a cleanroom environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific or technical field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with oligonucleotide synthesis, HPLC, UF, conjugation, and lyophilization is preferred.
Experience working in clean room environments or large-scale laboratory settings is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Shift: D - Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Travel Required: No
Competitive hourly pay ranging from $30.69 to $47.96/hr (plus eligibility for bonus, stock options, and benefits).
