Description:

Airbnb, the global leader in the home-sharing and travel industry, is seeking a Market Associate to join its expanding Supply Team. This role is pivotal in supporting and growing Airbnb’s community of hosts within Texas and nearby states. As a Market Associate, you will drive host retention, growth, and optimization by building meaningful partnerships with professional hosts, helping them enhance their listings, improve pricing strategies, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strong relationships with emerging professional host accounts in your assigned territory.

• Drive retention and growth by helping hosts optimize pricing, availability, and listing performance.

• Conduct regular consultations and performance reviews with hosts to identify improvement opportunities.

• Manage a high volume of accounts, ensuring each partner receives timely and effective support.

• Support Senior Market Managers in delivering scalable education programs through webinars and campaigns.

• Use data analytics to identify strategic opportunities for business growth within your region.

• Communicate policy updates, product enhancements, and best practices to hosts.

• Represent Airbnb at host meetings, conferences, and other industry events.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across product, communications, and customer support to ensure long-term success.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of software integrations used by professional hosts and provide support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.

• At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or travel industry (preferred).

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage client relationships remotely.

• Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts while meeting performance targets.

• Highly organized, results-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply data insights.

• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for lead and account management.

• Team-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, with a passion for hospitality and travel.

• Willingness to travel within your assigned markets when required.

• A deep understanding of Airbnb’s values and a passion for community building.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $88,000 – $103,000 (depending on experience and market factors)
