Description:
As the Marketing Communications Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, transaction processing and sales & marketing services to Conduent clients.
Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering client-specific communication plans, strategies, and campaigns.
- Coordinating, executing and reviewing communications deliverables following the defined workflow guidelines.
- Reviewing test output for accuracy and working through defects with technology partners.
- Performing technically based activities.
- Contributing to and managing projects.
- Utilizing analytical ability to solve problems and make recommendations.
- Leveraging relationships by interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree.
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar role.
- Able to analyze information and standard practices to make judgments.
- Have proficiency with Excel, Word, MS Teams, and general computer skills.
- Be located within one hour driving distance of Des Moines, IA for onsite equipment delivery and maintenance.
