When people join us, they tend to stay.We are looking for a clever, motivated self-starter to join our busy marketing team, where you will work closely with firm leadership in support of growth in CambridgeSeven’s varied markets. This is a deadline-intensive role that requires a nimble person able to prioritize projects.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- social media content generation and management
- design, coordination and content generation of company email newsletters
- thought leadership article development for web; collaboration with design leaders on article generation
- coordination of media placement with firm’s Public Relations consultant
- proposal production using InDesign, with emphasis on graphic layouts
- awards submissions and deadline tracking
- collateral material generation
- business development support
- client and project database maintenance
- interview/presentation support
- brand management across print templates and digital assets
- website maintenance and SEO analytics
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-5 years of professional experience; AEC experience preferred (years of experience will determine position title)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated graphic design capabilities
- Intuitive social media skill for business
- Demonstrated writing and editing skill
- Facility with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign; also Microsoft Office suite
- Highly organized and able to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines
- Unflappable under pressure
- Willing to take initiative and work individually and collaboratively to meet goals
- Quick learner with an innate curiosity
- Fearlessly asks questions and digs deeper to find the best solutions
