Description:
The Bay Area Association of REALTORS (BAAR) is seeking an on-site, Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support the organization in enhancing its brand visibility, promoting its services, and engaging with members and the local community. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual with experience in graphic design, social media management, and event coordination. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the team to create compelling marketing materials, manage digital platforms, and help organize events that align with the association’s mission and goals. Key Responsibilities:
Print Materials Design:
o Design brochures, flyers, newsletters, and other marketing collateral to promote the association’s services, events, and initiatives.
o Ensure print materials are consistent with the association’s brand guidelines. o Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Social Media Management:
o Develop and implement a social media content calendar across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Create engaging and on-brand posts that highlight the association’s events, industry news, and member achievements.
o Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement.
Event Coordination:
o Assist in the planning and execution of association events, such as meetings, conferences, and networking functions.
o Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and guest registration.
o Promote events through social media, email marketing, and print materials. Newsletter and Website:
o Publish the association’s monthly newsletter. o Maintain and update the association's website with relevant content.
o Track marketing performance metrics and report on effectiveness. Other Duties:
o General reception duties, including but not limited to, answering phone calls, copying, filing, etc. Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing, communications, or related fields. Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.). Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Schedule: Part-time, on-site position.
