Description:
This position will work closely with the group benefits marketing point, sales team, and agile pods to ensure to develop reporting requirements and ensure those requirements are reported back to key stakeholders.
Must Have Skills:
- Experience working with Sales in addition to marketing teams.
- Requires hands on experience with managing activity in Salesforce and tying activity back to automation platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL and Tableau/Power BI proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- develop, optimize, and evaluate direct and interactive marketing campaigns (refine existing data and data governance, related to key audiences they target for prospecting, and cross-sell programs)
- support maintenance / monitoring of campaigns related to funnel conversion, and creating custom reports
- gather / analyze audience profile data from multiple platforms (CRM, social, and 3rd party tools) to inform campaigns + business development efforts
- work with their Salesforce team to drive CRM initiatives, set up marketing campaigns, and recommend marketing integrations
- optimize customer / prospect data analytics, and identify consumer B2B segments to be targeted for campaigns
