Frontier Realty Management, LLC, a commercial property management company based in Franklin, Tennessee, is offering an exciting part-time hybrid internship opportunity for a Marketing Intern. This role is ideal for current college students based in the Nashville area who are looking to gain real-world experience in commercial real estate marketing.

The intern will have the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing initiatives related to shopping centers and self-storage facilities across the Southeast. This is a paid internship with flexible remote and in-office work options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing materials for company-managed properties

• Organize, compile, and prepare content and promotional materials for distribution

• Manage publishing of content across various websites and platforms

• Assist in conducting market and competitor research

• Support broader marketing campaigns and operational initiatives

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Familiarity with marketing principles and sales strategies

• Proficiency in using graphic design tools such as Canva

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Must be currently enrolled in college and located in the Nashville, TN area
