MOHR Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives and oversee execution across multiple clinic locations. This role is designed for a dynamic professional who can balance strategy with hands-on execution, driving growth and enhancing the organization’s brand presence both online and offline. The role is hybrid, requiring regular on-site presence and some travel between clinic locations.

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, building strong community partnerships, and overseeing event management. With a focus on patient acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities, the position requires someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and can mentor and lead a team while ensuring compliance across marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions, and community partnerships to strengthen brand presence.

  • Oversee organic social media strategies, influencer programs, and public relations activities.

  • Develop promotional strategies aimed at driving new patient acquisition and maximizing retention across multiple clinic locations.

  • Manage marketing budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reporting to ensure ROI-driven initiatives.

  • Partner with external agencies and internal teams for website management, SEO, digital content creation, and paid media campaigns.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations across all marketing platforms and campaigns.

  • Mentor and manage marketing staff, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.

  • Proven expertise in event planning, community partnerships, social media management, influencer programs, and digital + offline paid media campaigns.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Demonstrated success in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI of campaigns.

  • Prior experience in beauty, healthcare, medical aesthetics, or hospitality industries is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary between $80,000 – $90,000 annually.
