KeyBank is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to join its Consumer Product Marketing Organization in Brooklyn, Ohio. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Operations team, focusing on control testing, disclosure management, risk governance, and process improvement across the Consumer Bank’s marketing activities. This position requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
As part of the Marketing Operations team, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including internal control owners, risk advisors, auditors, and marketing teams, to ensure that the bank’s marketing operations adhere to compliance standards and risk management principles. You will be responsible for creating monitoring dashboards, analytical reports, and logic-based queries to evaluate marketing performance and compliance effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support governance and operational efficiency.
Act as a liaison between control owners, internal business partners, and risk advisors to facilitate control testing and compliance efforts.
Collaborate with the 1st and 2nd lines of defense on audits, remediations, and regulatory exams to enhance risk management practices.
Develop and document control procedures, dashboards, and recordkeeping systems to ensure accurate tracking of findings and remediation efforts.
Analyze, summarize, and interpret complex datasets to extract actionable business insights and support risk mitigation.
Identify inefficiencies and risk exposures within operational processes and recommend effective solutions for improvement.
Assist in documenting and tracking remedial actions from internal audits, compliance findings, and regulatory issues.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor control performance metrics and testing results.
Identify and document Critical Data Elements (CDEs) in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with governance standards.
Support the creation and delivery of training programs on operational controls and compliance best practices for marketing teams.
Participate in ad-hoc and special reviews as required by management or regulatory needs.
Promote a high-performance culture that values inclusion, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, controls testing, internal audit, or quality control, preferably in the financial services industry.
Hands-on experience with ETL technologies (e.g., Python, XML, Rest API, SAAS).
Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, SAS EG, Tableau, or equivalent reporting systems.
Strong understanding of data governance, risk management principles, and regulatory reporting data elements.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in compliance or risk management within a regulated industry.
Familiarity with Adobe MarTech Suite and Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Background in creating productionalized reports and performance dashboards.

Monthly Salary: USD 4667 – 7083
Annual Salary: USD 56,000 – 85,000
