This hybrid full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for engineers with a passion for HVAC design and sustainability to contribute to impactful projects across sectors such as healthcare, higher education, commercial, laboratories, federal, and ports/harbors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute mechanical/HVAC engineering tasks across all project phases from proposal through construction.

• Present complex mechanical systems and solutions to clients, partners, and internal teams.

• Lead and coordinate project-related tasks in compliance with applicable codes and client specifications.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

• Professional Engineering (PE) License required.

• 2–6 years of design and project management experience in mechanical/HVAC systems.

• Experience in healthcare, cleanroom, or federal projects is a plus.

• Knowledge of UFC, ASHRAE standards, HCAI/OSHPD requirements is advantageous.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Salary range: $105,000 – $140,000/year
