Media Coordinator

 

Description:

The Media Coordinator position at Place is key in crafting and executing media campaigns for our clients. This role offers hands-on experience in digital and traditional media planning, execution, and reporting while working directly with local and regional media contacts, software vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives on tactical execution, has an eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering measurable results for all channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development: Build and execute media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, aligning strategies with client goals and budgets.
  • Media Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with media partners to develop effective media strategies that maximize client impact. Present plans for client approval, ensuring alignment with overall campaign objectives.
  • Vendor Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with local and regional media contacts, software vendors, and other partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Meta Ads: Be responsible for all Meta advertising from client setup and partner access to campaign setup optimization, and reporting.
  • Invoice Reconciliation: Ensure all media invoices are tracked efficiently and accurately. Work to align spending with the plan that was presented to the client.
  • Creative Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure final creative assets are delivered accurately and on time to the appropriate platforms.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor campaign pacing and performance, troubleshooting any issues to ensure successful delivery and engagement.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Compile final campaign reporting, analyzing key metrics to provide actionable insights and clear summaries that resonate with clients.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, media vendors, and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and refine internal workflows for media planning, reporting, and analytics to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

 

Qualifications: 1-2 years experience in:

  • Media planning and execution across digital and traditional channels—especially Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising tools (display, CTV, DOOH, streaming audio)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to translate data into meaningful client reports—Google Analytics, Meta Ads Dashboard
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Evening and weekend work may be needed to support and optimize paid social accounts.
  • Working in person for Monday-Wednesday, Optional work from home Thursday/Friday.
