We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join a busy outpatient satellite clinic in Lebanon, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys variety, and takes pride in helping a practice run smoothly.

⭐ WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE UNIQUE

You will be the only Medical Assistant on-site, working closely with the provider and front desk staff. Physicians rotate through the office, giving you exposure to different providers and allowing you to take ownership of the clinical workflow.

The satellite clinic is expected to remain open through the end of the year, before merging into a larger location.

🩺 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet patients and prepare them for examinations and procedures
• Obtain and document medical histories and vital signs
• Assist physicians and nurses during exams and minor procedures
• Prepare, clean, and stock exam rooms
• Perform basic laboratory duties as needed
• Administer medications as directed and within scope
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Assist with patient check-in/check-out and scheduling
• Provide administrative and billing support when needed
• Help maintain an organized and efficient daily workflow

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• CMA, RMA, or equivalent certification preferred
• Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• EMR experience is a plus
