Duties

• You will serve as a Medical Plans and Operations Officer in the Medical Directorate (N01H) of the Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic (CNSL) in Norfolk, VA.
• You will review the critical military medical capabilities required to support the operational Surface Force, analyze policy, and monitor compliance and effectiveness of military operational medical support.
• You will plan, direct, coordinate, monitor, and execute the operations and administrative functions of the command.
• You will provide senior subject matter and technical expertise on the oversight and organization of medical manpower, personnel, training, equipping and operations of the command.
• You will process data to develop displays and standard/ad-hoc reports to support internal CNSL operations.
• You will interpret technical policy, procedures, and regulations and provide subject matter, technical expertise, administrative advice, and assistance as required to resolve problems and maintain continuity of work.
