We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Provide information about our services and respond to client inquiries.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments, and manage the office calendar.
- Upload new patient documents to the client portal and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Process medical record requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with insurance verification, billing tasks, and follow-up on claim rejections.
- Maintain an organized and presentable front desk and waiting area.
- Support therapists and administrative staff as needed.

- Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a clerical/administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and comfortable with digital systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and calm demeanor.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
