We are seeking an experienced and creative Merchandiser to lead the development and execution of compelling girls’ and boys’ collections across dressy, casual, and special occasion categories. Key Responsibilities:

• Conceive and implement seasonal merchandising strategies across knits and wovens for both casual and dressy lines
• Drive product assortment and planning for girls’ and boys’ special occasion and everyday wear
• Collaborate closely with design, production, and sales teams to align brand vision and market demands
• Ensure timely product development while maintaining the company’s high standards for quality
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform merchandising decisions
• Work with overseas vendors and manage production timelines for both cut-to-order and off-price accounts

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser in children’s fashion, ideally covering both girls’ and boys’ categories
• Strong knowledge of knits, wovens, and special occasion garments
• Familiarity with both cut-to-order and off-price retail models
• Ability to balance creativity with business acumen
• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
