We are looking for an experienced Data & AI/ML Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions across a large, complex organization.

📍 Location: New York City, NY
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote
⏳ Duration: 6 Months Contract

POSITION SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will have strong, recent Microsoft Azure experience combined with hands-on expertise in Data Architecture, AI/ML, Generative AI, Multi-Cloud Architecture, and Copilot/AI-assisted development tooling.

📊 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage business and technical stakeholders to identify and define Data & AI use cases
• Translate ambiguous business problems into actionable technical requirements
• Develop enterprise Data and AI architectures
• Design end-to-end solutions across ingestion, storage, transformation, modeling, serving, and consumption layers
• Define reference architectures, standards, and reusable design patterns
• Design secure, scalable, cost-effective, and compliant solutions
• Lead solutions from concept → requirements → architecture → approval → production

🎯 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 8+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 6+ years of architecture-focused experience
• Hands-on Multi-Cloud Architecture experience
• Recent and strong Microsoft Azure experience
• Strong Data Architecture and AI/ML architecture background
• Experience with multiple database technologies
• Strong Generative AI / LLM / RAG experience
