Mobile Heavy Equipment Technician
Position Summary
Mobile technicians will perform service maintenance for CASE construction machinery and/or related equipment. Providing quality repairs on Construction Equipment in the shop and/or field environments.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Perform structural repairs, including welding.
- Follow established Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) procedures and guidelines.
- Demonstrate safe and proper application of hand, pneumatic, and electric tools.
- Document repairs and maintenance using basic computer skills for accurate job records.
- Travel regularly to customer and prospective client locations to perform on-site repairs and maintenance.
- Comply with all road signs and operate vehicles safely within legal limits and weather conditions.
- Follow all Auto and Equipment Safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to meet dealership objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment (construction or heavy machinery preferred).
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Proficient in using hand, pneumatic, and electric tools safely.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting.
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License for company driving purposes.
