The Freelance Motion Designer role is ideal for an experienced creative passionate about motion design. Work varies broadly, from branding for medical symposiums to social animations and data visualizations. Candidates should be adept in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and preferably Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Knowledge of Cinema 4D, color grading, sound design, photography, illustration, or coding is a bonus.

Core Responsibilities:

• Participate in all creative development stages from concept through animation and final delivery (2D, illustrative, greenscreen)

• Stay current with design trends and techniques

• Understand best practices for diverse content across platforms

• Collaborate with departments including client services, strategy, scientific, creative, and digital

• Manage projects with external vendors and internal teams within deadlines and budgets

Experience/Skills Required:

• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Experience with Cinema 4D, editing, color grading, and sound design (preferred)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint

• Strong storytelling and communication skills

• Excellent time management and initiative

• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, adaptable

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in graphic design or related subject

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a studio or agency environment
