Motion Designer

Description:

Golin London, a forward-thinking public relations and creative agency known for its bold approach to brand-building, digital innovation, and healthcare advocacy, is seeking a Freelance Motion Designer to join its creative team. This role is ideal for a seasoned visual storyteller who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced studio environment.

You will work on a variety of creative projects, including branding for medical events, social media animations, website wireframes, and innovative data visualizations. The position demands not only technical skill but also creative intuition, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.

Core Responsibilities:

• Contribute throughout the full creative cycle: concept, storyboarding, animation, and final delivery

• Produce 2D and illustrative animations, as well as greenscreen video content

• Stay updated with design trends and best practices across platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, digital, and client services

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (motion design and video production)

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with editing, color grading, sound design (bonus)

• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plus

• Strong communication, storytelling, and multitasking skills

• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in graphic design or a related field

• A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing motion design and integrated creative work
