Multi-family Superintendent

A family-owned, reputable General Contractor based in Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico, is looking for an experienced Multi-Family Superintendent to lead ground-up multi-family projects. The company has built a legacy of trust, quality, and long-term relationships, with a hands-on, supportive culture. This full-time, permanent role will involve leading multi-family construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to the schedule.

The Multi-Family Superintendent will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and field crews to drive successful project outcomes and maintain efficient job site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise multi-family construction projects from start to finish.

• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on job sites.

• Coordinate schedules and manage subcontractors to ensure project progress.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field crews.

• Proactively problem-solve and keep projects moving forward on time.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Multi-Family Superintendent.

• Proven experience managing ground-up multi-family projects valued at $100K to $1M.

• Strong scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills in an active job site environment.

• Proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Desirable Skills:

• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certifications (or willingness to obtain them).

• Experience with a variety of multi-family project types and sizes.

• Track record of building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary between $80,000 and $120,000, based on experience.
