Description:
RiverTech is hiring a Multimedia Specialist to support the DOD NGA (Prime noblis) NGC LMSS contract in Springfield, VA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create professionally developed animations (2D/3D), graphics, audio recordings, gamification, simulations, and presentations.
- Create multimedia solutions that enhance and support the transfer of learning
- Provide full-scale services (project planning, production, postproduction editing, and publishing) of multimedia learning products.
- Research and recommend solutions on video and multimedia solutions, striving for the most efficient and user-friendly approach.
- Provide administrative support services of online learning technology platforms, including learning content management (LCMS) & learning management systems (LMS), student information systems (SIS), multimedia streaming applications, and collaboration tools across multiple security domains.
- Use a combination of authoring tools (e.g., Adobe suite), takes concepts gained through collaboration with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and other stakeholders to communicate concepts and ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate end users.
- Develop overall layout and production design for various coursework, job aides, simulations, print media, interactive games, websites, videos, and information/educational artifacts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic/Multimedia Design, Technology, or related field from an accredited (i.e., regional, national, or institutional) academic institution.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience creating visual concepts that include infographics, process graphics, 2D images, animations, and interactive graphics that convey information to build understanding of concepts. Possesses understanding of visual design, color theory, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX), Section 508, file compression and optimization for multiple delivery formats.
- Top Secret with SCI Eligibility security clearance (CI polygraph will be required to perform work on site).
