Music & Arts, a premier music education and retail organization under the Guitar Center Company umbrella, is seeking a passionate Music Teacher for its Peachtree City, GA store (Store 064). This part-time, on-site role offers educators the chance to focus entirely on what matters most—teaching and inspiring the next generation of musicians.

As a Music Teacher at Music & Arts, you will work in a collaborative and supportive environment where the administrative burden is handled for you. The ideal candidate will be a skilled musician and experienced educator who values mentorship, student development, and creative expression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and customized music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.

• Foster a safe and nurturing environment for musical growth.

• Maintain regular communication with students and parents, including goal-setting and progress reports.

• Collaborate with in-store teams to manage lesson scheduling and ensure high student retention.

• Share your musical knowledge to inspire and build long-term student relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.

• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a music education setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degrees in Music.

• Professional certifications or memberships in teaching associations.

• 8+ years of teaching experience, particularly with multiple instruments (including but not limited to piano, violin, guitar, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, cello, ukulele, and voice).
