Mw Strategy And Transformational Excellence Lead

Description:

• Support Head of Global Regulatory Medical Writing Head (Client) in facilitating initiatives on building medical writing (MW) strategic presence with MW therapy area heads (TAH) and cross functional stakeholders,
• Supports Client in planning and resourcing driving cohesiveness across MW department,
• Works closely with Client to identify plans for centralized resourcing and planned work to optimize cost and enhance work effectiveness and satisfaction within client stakeholders,
• Propose solutions and help Client implement metrics and performance tracking (Internal FTs, contractors, and vendors), and other optimization mechanisms as needed to enhance departmental effectiveness,
• Prioritizes simplification efforts, identifying gaps, and improvement opportunities with Client via cross functional partnership to drive efficiency and position for pivot to growth strategy,
• Works with Client to support LRP and AOP activities as needed for the department,
• Supports other departmental activities for business needs as identified and prioritized by Client.
