VisionSpark, on behalf of Strategic Coach, is seeking a dynamic and growth-driven National Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong communication skills, integrity, and a proven ability to drive performance in a fast-paced professional services environment.

As a National Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Strategic Coach by fostering a results-oriented sales culture, coaching your team for peak performance, and ensuring organizational goals are consistently achieved. You’ll be an advocate for excellence, working cross-functionally to maintain alignment, accountability, and sustained growth.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve collective and individual goals.

  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of new team members.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to track progress, provide coaching, and support professional growth.

  • Organize weekly team huddles to review goals, share updates, and celebrate achievements.

  • Deliver training sessions, role-play exercises, and performance feedback to strengthen sales capabilities.

  • Ensure clear communication of key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain a culture of accountability.

2. Sales & Performance Management

  • Monitor and report team performance metrics, analyzing KPIs to assess progress and areas for improvement.

  • Use data-driven insights to guide team decisions and optimize performance outcomes.

  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with company goals.

  • Although not responsible for personal sales quotas, ensure the overall team consistently meets or exceeds targets.

3. Brand Representation & Company Advocacy

  • Represent Strategic Coach with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting company values and culture.

  • Attend training and leadership meetings, including travel to Toronto for key workshops and events.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering meaningful relationships both internally and externally.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year program)

  • Based in Chicago metropolitan area (hybrid role – Rosemont office)

  • Minimum 3 years leading sales teams in a professional services setting

Preferred:

  • 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams

  • Proven ability to scale teams and improve processes

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Experience in CRM optimization and leveraging emerging technologies (AI, Salesforce plug-ins)

  • Sales training or leadership certifications

Desired:

  • Experience in organizational or cultural change management

  • Familiarity with public speaking, coaching, and advanced CRM tools

  • Active use of social media for professional networking and brand engagement
