Description:

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a well-versed knowledge of the NCDR product lines and value proposition

2. Conduct ongoing market and competitive landscape assessments

3. Support development and maintenance of presentations and resource materials supporting product value proposition

4. Assist with evaluation and strategic planning for targeted opportunities based on market assessments

5. Design and execute lead generation activities within the NCDR product line

6. Build sustainable business relationships with hospitals through frequent and meaningful communication

7. Collaborate with ACC/NCDR cross functional team and experts on business development activities

8. Support the continued business growth through the NCDR optimization plan and assist in program efforts to focus on optimizing the Core, Enhancing Value, & Driving Growth

9. Deliver presentations or demonstrations supporting the value proposition tailored to each customer segment

10. Support preparation of training and orientation materials (User Guides, reference documents) to assist clients with quality data collection and interpretation

11. Support organizational targets and goals as requested

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree, prefer health care related field or business administration field

2. Minimum 3 years of work experience

3. Motivated and customer-driven professional who can work independently

4. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

5. Proficient in software such as Webex, Microsoft Teams, and/or Zoom as well as the Microsoft Office suite

6. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to organization, accuracy, and quality

7. Two or more years of experience with selling business to business products or services

Desired Qualifications:

1. 3+ years demonstrated experience in healthcare or a related field

2. Experience with networking and building a contact database

3. History of meeting sales targets

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Client service orientation with the ability to build relationships with diverse constituents.

6. Demonstrated proficiency with office software specifically MS Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with contact management database software a plus.

7. Flexible, able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, including some non-traditional hours, remote work, and travel.
