Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Mid-Level .NET Desktop Full-Stack Developer for a challenging and dynamic role within the Enterprise Stress Testing division of Finance Technology in Charlotte, NC. This is a contract role focused on the design, development, testing, documentation, and ongoing support of enterprise applications and processes that are critical to financial operations.

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled .NET developer with strong SQL expertise, excellent design and analytical skills, and the ability to work on complex projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires not only technical proficiency but also a proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and effective communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, document, and support applications within Finance Technology.

• Collaborate on complex projects as a fully seasoned technical resource.

• Work with SQL Server and Oracle databases to build and maintain efficient applications.

• Develop and maintain ASP.NET MVC applications using Microsoft .NET with C#.

• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications.

• Partner with business stakeholders to anticipate needs and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience with MS SQL Server (DML and DDL).

• 3+ years developing ASP.NET MVC applications using C# and Microsoft .NET.

• 3+ years of experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases.

• Experience with server-side scripting languages (Python, Perl, PHP).

• Exposure to BI visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, MicroStrategy, ThoughtSpot, etc.

• Strong design, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and learn quickly.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong full-stack development capabilities (front-end and back-end).

• Experience in financial or enterprise-scale technology environments preferred.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling challenging workloads.
