Description:
The Oracle HCM Integration and Reporting Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing a team focused on People data reporting, visualization, and Oracle HCM integrations.
The role ensures accurate, timely, and actionable reports, upholds data integrity and governance, identifies opportunities to enhance reporting solutions, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The Lead drives process improvements, best practices, and mentoring within the reporting and integration function.
Team Leadership & Oversight
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of reporting specialists and analysts.
Set goals, monitor performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Reporting Strategy & Delivery
Hands-on report and data model development, maintenance of existing reports/extracts.
Design, develop, and maintain reports/dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, SQL, Power BI, Fusion Analytics.
Prioritize and deliver reporting requests to meet business needs and deadlines.
Drive adoption of automated and predictive analytics solutions.
Integration Management
Lead setup and implementation of integrations to/from Oracle HCM.
Maintain integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, Snowflake, Active Directory.
Ensure data flows are accurate, timely, and compliant.
Governance & Compliance
Enforce data governance, privacy standards, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain documentation and quality control for all reporting requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with Oracle Managers, business leaders, HR, IT, and other teams.
Communicate technical solutions and insights in business-friendly language.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements for reporting workflows.
Stay current with Oracle best practices and professional networks.
End User Enablement
Provide guidance and training to end users on reporting functionality.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM reports and integrations (OTBI, BI Publisher, data models).
Proven experience leading teams and managing complex reporting projects.
Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and finance business processes.
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; Power BI preferred.
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of data governance, privacy, regulatory compliance.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics and advanced visualization tools.
Ability to drive change and foster innovation in reporting and analytics.
Hybrid work model: in-person attendance minimum 2 days per week.
