Description:
Network Security Analyst to join its Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, supporting, and maintaining enterprise IAM platforms, with a primary focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ and Ping Identity. This role will help ensure secure, efficient, compliant, and reliable access to TxDOT systems and resources.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in enterprise IAM environments, identity governance, access management, directory services, SSO, MFA, federation, and enterprise systems integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ and Ping Identity platforms, including configuration, integration, and lifecycle management.
- Implement and manage identity governance policies, access certifications, role-based access controls (RBAC), and entitlement management.
- Collaborate with internal technical and functional teams to onboard applications and services into the IAM ecosystem.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM-related issues to ensure platform availability, performance, and reliability.
- Support security audits and compliance initiatives by preparing access reports, technical documentation, and supporting evidence.
- Assist in developing, documenting, and enforcing IAM standards, procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and remediation activities related to identity and access.
- Support provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and identity lifecycle management processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, application teams, and business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation supporting IAM solutions and enterprise integrations.
- Apply creative problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex identity and access challenges.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams, functional teams, stakeholders, and management.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
