Neurodivergent Career Coach

Description:

As a Neurodivergent Career Coach, you’ll support clients through the job search process and help build sustainable career pathways tailored to neurodivergent strengths. You’ll flex your meeting schedule around yours and client availability while remaining responsive to client & internal emails and messages Monday–Friday.

You’ll also attend internal team meetings and collaborate on improving coaching tools and strategies.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 coaching and career assessments
• Create personalized career plans and job search strategies
• Provide resume, LinkedIn and cover letter writing & support
• Facilitate interview preparation and team communication guidance
• Track client progress and maintain accountability
• Communicate promptly with clients throughout the week

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field
• 4+ years of career coaching and counseling experience
• Proven success in helping clients secure jobs
• 4+ years of resume writing experience
• Available to respond to clients and internal requests Monday–Friday
• Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals (especially with executive functioning)
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Recruitment and hiring experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of neurodivergent coaching tools and strategies
