Night Shift Inpatient Pharmacist

Now hiring an experienced Night Shift Pharmacist for a 13-week+ contract at a large hospital system in Reno. Youll be the sole pharmacist on duty during overnight hours, supported by a technician, and responsible for covering three hospital facilities.

Responsibilities
 

• Manage overnight pharmacy operations across multiple facilities
• Oversee medication verification, dispensing, and emergency support
• Collaborate with night staff and respond to clinical needs
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
   

Requirements
 

• Active Nevada Pharmacist License (NV)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in acute care inpatient hospital settings
• Previous night shift experience required
• Proactive, dependable, and confident working independently
• Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell preferred (training available)
