Key Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles (marketing, sales, operations, customer success)
Partner with hiring managers to identify the actual hiring needs
Write engaging and unique job descriptions
Build candidate pipelines and manage relationships
Conduct screens that feel more like conversations
Keep candidates informed and excited throughout the process
What You Bring:
2+ years experience in recruiting for non-technical roles (agency or in-house)
Strong communication skills across platforms like Slack, Zoom, and LinkedIn
Organized, proactive, and able to work at a fast pace without compromising quality
Ability to quickly determine a good candidate fit
