  • Conduct screens that feel more like conversations

  • Keep candidates informed and excited throughout the process

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years experience in recruiting for non-technical roles (agency or in-house)

  • Strong communication skills across platforms like Slack, Zoom, and LinkedIn

  • Organized, proactive, and able to work at a fast pace without compromising quality

  • Ability to quickly determine a good candidate fit
