📍 Location: Albany and Rensselaer, New York
🚗 Travel: Required between 2 facilities
📋 Job Type: Contract – 22 weeks with potential for extension
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💵 Pay Range: $60.00 to $70.00/hour (Based on experience and credentials)

✨ Qualifications:
✔️ Graduate of an accredited MSN/DNP (Nurse Practitioner) or PA program
✔️ Active NP certification (AANP/ANCC) or PA certification (NCCPA)
✔️ Current DEA license with prescriptive authority
✔️ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
✔️ Full COVID-19 vaccination
✔️ Reliable transportation for travel between facilities
