What You'll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate clinical services, providing and directing patient care in their homes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and agency policies.
- Provide clinical services within your RN scope of practice.
- Manage patient referrals, clinician assignments, and start-of-care visits.
- Coordinate patient benefits, medical necessity, and insurance approvals.
- Continuously assess patient needs and ensure individualized care plans.
- Review assessments and care plans, providing recommendations to clinicians.
What You'll Bring:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
