Qualifications/Education/Experience

· Performs primary care and women’s health services.

· Prepares and reviews case histories and obtains data through patient interviews.

· Participates in the provider on-call schedule.

· Performs hospital deliveries and other surgical/emergent procedures.

· Performs office-based procedures.

· Educates patients on procedures performed and the importance of follow-up.

· Maintains accurate and legible medical records in compliance with NCHC policies.

· Prescribes medications and therapies for treatment and preventative care.
