As a Professional Services Manager – Enterprise, you will help organizations successfully adopt Axon’s hardware and cloud ecosystem—including Axon body-worn cameras, Evidence.com, and Professional Services Packages.

This role combines pre-sale consulting, post-sale implementation, and project management to ensure customers achieve measurable improvements in workflow, security, and operational efficiency. You will act as a trusted advisor for executive and technical stakeholders, guiding them through deployment from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sale Support

  • Engage with corporate leaders, technical decision-makers, and program managers

  • Conduct consulting sessions, test & evaluations, and deployment needs assessments

Post-Sale Implementation

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute implementation programs

  • Ensure successful integration of hardware and SaaS products

Project Management

  • Manage complex and large-scale deployments

  • Define scope, build timelines, allocate resources, and communicate with stakeholders

  • Maintain Smartsheets or similar project management dashboards

Customer Engagement

  • Work directly with C-suite leadership, Directors of IT, and Directors of Security

  • Provide continuous guidance throughout onboarding and adoption

Training & Documentation

  • Develop and deliver training plans and materials

  • Document training sessions, deployment milestones, and customer progress

Feedback & Collaboration

  • Communicate customer feature requests and issues internally

  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to drive results


Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

  • Extensive project management experience

  • Experience deploying or leading body-worn camera programs (preferred: Axon ecosystem)

  • Strong understanding of SaaS and hardware implementation

  • Proficiency with Smartsheets or similar project management tools

  • Knowledge of digital evidence management systems (preferred)

  • Experience with enterprise, retail, or security organizations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally

  • Willingness to travel up to 75% across North America (international possible)
