As a Professional Services Manager – Enterprise, you will help organizations successfully adopt Axon’s hardware and cloud ecosystem—including Axon body-worn cameras, Evidence.com, and Professional Services Packages.
This role combines pre-sale consulting, post-sale implementation, and project management to ensure customers achieve measurable improvements in workflow, security, and operational efficiency. You will act as a trusted advisor for executive and technical stakeholders, guiding them through deployment from start to finish.
Engage with corporate leaders, technical decision-makers, and program managers
Conduct consulting sessions, test & evaluations, and deployment needs assessments
Plan, coordinate, and execute implementation programs
Ensure successful integration of hardware and SaaS products
Manage complex and large-scale deployments
Define scope, build timelines, allocate resources, and communicate with stakeholders
Maintain Smartsheets or similar project management dashboards
Work directly with C-suite leadership, Directors of IT, and Directors of Security
Provide continuous guidance throughout onboarding and adoption
Develop and deliver training plans and materials
Document training sessions, deployment milestones, and customer progress
Communicate customer feature requests and issues internally
Work with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to drive results
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Extensive project management experience
Experience deploying or leading body-worn camera programs (preferred: Axon ecosystem)
Strong understanding of SaaS and hardware implementation
Proficiency with Smartsheets or similar project management tools
Knowledge of digital evidence management systems (preferred)
Experience with enterprise, retail, or security organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
Willingness to travel up to 75% across North America (international possible)
