The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the workplace by managing daily administrative functions and providing essential support to staff. This position exists to create an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment that enables employees to focus on their core responsibilities. By proactively handling office logistics, streamlining processes, and fostering clear communication, the Office Administrator helps maintain a productive and positive workplace culture.

Together, with the local Management team, the Office Administrator coordinates local and virtual activities, meetings, trainings, and events. This role is responsible for handling any local request for assistance, internal and external, greeting visitors, and fostering a welcoming and professional environment.

Th e incumbent is proficient with using MS Office applications with a focus on Power Point, Excel, and Word, and is savvy with all other IT tools and applications (web/cloud based) commonly used in business environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, a self-starter, and able to work independently. Bilingualism is an asset, oral and written (English, French or Spanish) but not required.

The incumbent has 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with world class customer service working environments.Experience with a virtual and intercultural working environment is a definite plus.
